The Washington State Legislative Budget Notes (LBNs) contain summary and detail agency reports, narrative, and graphics for final enacted Omnibus, Transportation, and Capital budgets. This document is produced after every legislative session and is a joint publication of the Senate Ways and Means Committee, the House Fiscal Committees, the House Transportation Committee, and the Senate Transportation Committee. The information is prepared by the staff of these committees, with the assistance of the Legislative Evaluation and Accountability Program (LEAP) Committee staff.  Documents are presented in Adobe pdf format. Note: while these documents do represent final 'enacted' budget numbers (including governor vetoes and funding lapses due to other legislation), it is possible that unforeseen number adjustments were made to the electronic document below after hardcopy documents were printed (in years 1996-2007).
